Total meal sizes  Use simple abbreviations for portion sizes OR general meal size to be  Small  Medium Large  and LR (larger/ or later regrets). List the specific snacks!!!  and specific snacks!
The general rule is to
have more frequent smaller meals and 6-8 glasses of water or small calories fluids a day,
We like higher protein, lower carbs (sugars), better selections of fats, and salads are good. The South Beach  Diet leads The Atkin's Diet  as our patient's favorite and most easily and effectively followed plans, Buy the books... they are relatively easy reading.
 
 
  Activities can  be... happy = H above usual by type or minutes  Unhappy= UHap  Disappointing=D   Dismal, can't remember even walking extra,   
  Specific Snacks or Sugars it's best to name each snack.
